Hips: B1 Date of birth: 11 November 1997
Eyes: Clear, last checked March 2005 Height: approx. 51 cm
Weight: 23,5 kilos Scissors bite and full dentition

At almost 9 years of age she went Best In Show Senior (same as veteran 7-10 yrs) at a DKK show in Ålborg on June 17, 2006! We are so proud!

At the Aussie Get-together 2006 we had entered Rainbow in the Veteran Class, Brood Bitch and Best of Breed just for the sake of her going out having a bit of fun. We had definitely not expected coming home with all the success we ended up doing. She's an old girl competing against all the young ones. But,she won it all..... Best of Breed, Brood Bitch Winner and Winner of the Veteran Class. Best of Opposite was her own beautiful son Tigger (Dreamcatcher's Tequila Sunrise).

Rainbow is a larger sized bitch of good proportions and movements and good bones and a very good head. While being a large bitch of good structure, she is still very feminine and not at all course.

Rainbow was imported from Gefion Hall, New York, USA and we are grateful to Georjean Hertzwig for letting us buy Rainbow.

She has done very well in the showring with rather limited showing. She won 5 certificates in 5 shows and thus won her Danish championship superquick and her club championship came just as easy. Her Worldwinner title was won over many very nice bitches in Milan in 2000! And then she went on to win the prestigious Copenhagen Winner title two years in a row.

Rainbow is a bright and lively bitch with a top-notch "willing-to-please" attitude. If she could, she would live in a breastpocket as close to us as she could but always willing to work. She is the gentler model not quite as secure of herself as Luna and needs a little reassurance once in a while to convince her she's doing the right thing. But, she will do anything for you, anytime!

She has been trained in obedience, agility and tracking - and just like the rest of the bunch, doing it with style and grace. Rainbow, too, has tried herding sheep with very pleasing result.

Rainbow is a very gentle, loving bitch, and provides us and everybody else with kisses bordering on overflow! Just like Luna and Stone, she too is very good with children, Large as she is, she still thinks her place is to be in our lap.... It may be that she moves beautifully when out trotting, but she can sure be a clumsy, goofy girl too when in the sofa or bed......

Rainbow has had 3 wonderful litters and she has done so well raising them. She is now retired and enjoys her life in the countryside with us. We have been more than satisfied with her offspring who have all fullfilled our idea of what an aussie should be - they are incredibly good and very focused/concentrated working dogs with all instincts intact and have done very well in the showring as well and at the same time being loving companions for their families.

Out of the total of 24 puppies, the result list is sofar: 3 Danish champions, 1 Copenhagen Winner and 3 brothers doing agility on competitive level. Her puppies have done very well in obedience, tracking and herding. And one has the highly responsible task of putting her owners' horses back to their stable at night. All that makes us very proud - a big thank you to the owners of Rainbow's puppies!
